Unpair an AI app

Unpairing disconnects the app and deletes its permissions. To use Sval again, the app has to ask you again.

You’ve stopped using Cursor and don’t want it able to reach Sval.

Steps

1. Open Settings › Agents.
2. Under Paired agents, find the app, then select Unpair.
3. In the dialog, select Unpair.

The app disconnects at once. Settings says the app is unpaired and its connection is closed.

Details

• Unpairing deletes the app’s site rules and other permissions.
• The app’s own page under Permissions also has an Unpair button.
• Turning off agent access keeps your paired apps and their permissions. Unpairing removes them.
• To stop the app from even trying to reach Sval, select Disconnect next to it under Connect an AI app, then restart the app.
