Open a Workspace in a new window

Each window shows one Workspace. You can open another Workspace in a new window and keep both on screen.

You want Work open on one screen and Home on the other, without the two mixing.

Steps

1. At the top of the panel, select the current Workspace’s name.
2. In the list, point to the Workspace you want, then choose Open in new window.

A new window opens on that Workspace, showing the tab you last looked at there.

Details

• Shift-click the Workspace in the list to open it in a new window in one step. On the keyboard, press Shift+Enter.
• A Workspace shows in one window at a time. Open in new window isn’t offered for a Workspace another window already shows. Choosing that Workspace brings its window to the front.
• Moving a tab from one window to the other moves it to that window’s Workspace. See Move a tab to another Workspace.
