See history from every Workspace

History lists the pages you visited in the Workspace the window shows. You can switch it to list the pages from all your Workspaces.

You read a Fastmail help page last week, and you can’t remember which Workspace you were in.

Steps

1. In the toolbar, select History.
2. At the top of the History sidebar, select All Workspaces.
3. Optional: type part of the page’s title or address in the search box.

Each page now shows the Workspace it was last visited in.

Details

• History opens next to the page, on the side opposite the panel. ⇧⌘H (Ctrl+H on Windows and Linux) opens it too.

• This Workspace lists the pages visited in this Workspace, and pages visited outside any Workspace.

• When a page was last visited on another of your devices, History shows that device’s name.

• Each window starts on This Workspace, and goes back to it when the window switches to another Workspace.

• Clear Recent History… at the bottom of the sidebar clears history.

• A private window records no history, and lists all of it.
